We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to join our growing IT firm. The ideal Candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting IT solutions and services over the phone, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our IT products and services (such as software solutions, web development, cloud services, etc.).
Understand customer needs and suggest relevant IT solutions.
Qualify leads and set appointments for the business development team.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with prospects to build long-term relationships.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Malayalam
Ability to learn about products/services and explain them to prospects.
Prior experience in IT sales/telemarketing is a plus.
Location: Kakkanad, Vazhakkala
Experience: 0–1 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
