Job Title: International Voice Prcess / Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka
Job Type: Full-Time | Night Shift | On-site
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)

Key Responsibilities
 Engage with international clients to promote and sell business conference sponsorships
and delegate packages.
 Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and decision-makers.
 Initiate outbound calls and emails to generate leads and set up meetings.
 Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.
 Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
 Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Qualifications
 Education: PUC (Pre-University Course) or Graduation in any discipline.
 Experience: Fresher’s with excellent communication skills are welcome.
 Skills:
o Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
o Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

 Shift Timing: Night Shift 6:30 PM -3:30 AM
