As a Steward, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at our fine dining restaurant. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth service, maintaining restaurant standards, and creating a warm and welcoming environment for guests.
Greet guests politely and escort them to their tables with professionalism.
Present menus, explain specials (if any), and assist guests in making food and beverage choices.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
Serve food and beverages as per fine dining standards (including proper cutlery, crockery, and service etiquette).
Ensure tables are set up neatly with attention to detail before and after service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining area, tables, and side stations.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
Handle guest queries, complaints, or requests courteously and escalate to the Captain/Manager when required.
Ensure billing is done accurately and assist guests with payments when required.
Adhere to restaurant SOPs, grooming standards, and hygiene protocols.
Support team members during peak hours and contribute to smooth operations.
