Job Description:

We are looking for a Field Executive with at least 1+ years of experience in real estate sales to join our dynamic team. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle clients, explain project details clearly, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer visits and provide detailed project explanations at sites.

  • Build strong communication and maintain positive relationships with clients.

  • Assist customers in understanding project features, benefits, and investment opportunities.

  • Support sales team with client coordination and follow-ups.

  • Work towards achieving sales closures and company targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales/customer handling.

  • Strong communication and client-handling skills.

  • Ability to explain projects clearly and convincingly.

  • Must own a bike; ability to drive a four-wheeler will be an added advantage.

  • Male candidates preferred.

  • Immediate joiners highly desirable.
