Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Python Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs for high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of server-side technologies, data modeling, and system architecture, with a passion for clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Python.
Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver robust software solutions.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Develop efficient database schemas and write complex queries for relational and NoSQL databases.
Integrate third-party services and APIs as required.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
Follow best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in backend development with Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
Strong expertise in building scalable and secure RESTful APIs and microservices.
Solid understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
