We Norden communication, a UK-based manufacturer Co at Smart City, Cochin are urgently looking for a Region sales Manager for our operations in Tamilnadu office.  We are looking out for committed individuals who have a good attitude & learnability to join our team as Region sales Manager .  
Designation       : Region sales Manager
Qualification     : Any Graduate
Experience        : 3-5 Years 
Skillsets              : Channel sales, familiar with ELV Systems 
Job Time             : 09.00 AM 06.00 PM IST (Monday Friday)  
Location             : Tamilnadu
Key Skills: 
"The candidate should have a strong and well-established network of channel partners and dealers across Tamil Nadu, with a particular focus on key cities such as Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, and surrounding regions. The candidate should be capable of effectively promoting and selling the Norden range of products, with a primary emphasis on Passive (structured cabling/channel) solutions, and also including CCTV, PA systems, and other upcoming product lines in our portfolio."

Job Responsibility: 
Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

Partner Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, evaluate, recruit, and successfully onboard new channel partners aligned with business goals.

Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing channel partners to drive loyalty and increase sales performance.

Partner Enablement: Provide training and ongoing support to partners on product knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing promotions to enhance effectiveness.

Collaborative Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to design and execute partner-centric marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze partner sales performance; prepare regular reports on sales outcomes, forecasts, and pipeline status.

Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and potential areas for channel expansion.

Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve partner issues and conflicts swiftly and professionally to maintain positive partner relations.

Industry Engagement: Represent the company at relevant trade shows, industry events, and partner meetings to build brand presence and strengthen partnerships.

Compliance Assurance: Ensure all channel activities comply with internal policies, contractual obligations, and legal requirements
