Reports To: Plant HR Head / Corporate HR Head

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Payroll & Statutory Compliance
    • Manage and process payroll accurately.
    • Ensure compliance with Factories Act, Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, and other applicable labour enactments.
    • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  2. Employee Life Cycle Management
    • Handle all HR processes from induction to exit, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, separations, and full & final settlement.
    • Maintain up-to-date employee master data and personnel files.
  3. Disciplinary & Employee Relations
    • Handle basic disciplinary matters in coordination with HR Head.
    • Maintain harmonious relations with employees and contract workforce.
  4. Factory Administration & Welfare
    • Oversee housekeeping, premises upkeep, and canteen operations.
    • Organize welfare activities, employee engagement programs, and safety awareness initiatives.
    • Coordinate arrangements for guests, visitors, and customers.
  5. HR Operations
    • Manage recruitment coordination and onboarding activities.
    • Maintain HR documentation and prepare MIS reports.
    • Assist in training & development initiatives for employees.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualification: Any Graduate with Post Graduate Diploma/Degree in HR, Labour Laws, and Labour Welfare.
  • Experience: 5–7 years of relevant HR & administration experience in a manufacturing setup.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance, industrial relations, and employee life cycle management.

Benefits

Salary: upto 30,000 to 40, 000-  CTC per month 4,00,000 5,00,000 per annum CTC.
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site.
