What Youll Do: 1.Platform Expertise : Develop in-depth knowledge of our software platform to communicate effectively and document functionalities and insights for clients. 2.Data Intelligence : Deliver powerful AI and data-driven insights to consultants and senior team members, enhancing client engagement and strategic decision-making processes. 3.Client Relationship Management : Promptly address and resolve daily client queries, ensuring smooth operations through exceptional service delivery. 4.Cross-Functional Orchestration : Collaborate strategically with Engineering, Product, Sales, and other departments to align workflows, track requirements, and ensure timely delivery of solutions, serving as a crucial bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
