Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and customer-focused Delivery Associate to join our team. The Delivery Associate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers while providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:
Pick up packages, orders, or products from warehouses, stores, or distribution centers.
Deliver items safely, accurately, and on time to customers at various locations.
Verify delivery details such as addresses, order information, and customer signatures.
Ensure packages are handled with care and maintain product integrity during transport.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Maintain accurate delivery logs, reports, and route records.
Adhere to safety and traffic regulations at all times.
Report any incidents, delays, or issues to supervisors promptly.
Assist in loading and unloading deliveries as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to navigate using GPS or maps.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Physically able to lift and carry packages up to [XX] lbs.
