Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹23,000/month (Based on Experience & Performance - Incentives Available)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
Role Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and motivated Abroad Admission Counselors to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential students and guiding them through their study-abroad journey. You will provide detailed insights about various programs and help prospective students understand how they can achieve their academic and professional goals abroad.
You will also be expected to proactively contact leads and convert them into successful applicants. Based on your performance, the role offers attractive incentives to help you earn above your base salary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential leads and engage in meaningful conversations about study abroad opportunities.
- Provide detailed information regarding programs, universities, admission requirements, application processes, and visa guidelines.
- Assist students in identifying the best programs that align with their academic interests and career goals.
- Follow up with prospective students to answer any questions or concerns, guiding them through the entire application process.
- Convert leads into successful admissions through strong relationship-building and personalized guidance.
- Track interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure students remain on course for their admission goals.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with prospective students and effectively communicate program details.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
