Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Customer Support Executive to join our HR team. This role involves supporting recruitment processes, coordinating interviews, following up with candidates until onboarding, and assisting with employee engagement. Ideal for freshers or those with up to 1 year of experience, this is a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate interview schedules via email and phone with candidates and interviewers
Conduct virtual interviews when required
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle until onboarding
Support new hires during the joining process and handle necessary documentation
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and responding to employee queries
Maintain records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and status updates
Collaborate with internal HR and hiring teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Any graduate degree
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (Google Meet, Zoom, etc.)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: Work from Office (Anna Nagar, Chennai)
Saturday: Work from Home
